The production routes of polypropylene BCF yarn can be divided into the following three types:

One-step method: continuous spinning, drawing, texturing, winding process

Two-step method: Spinning and stretching combined with one-wire deformation or spinning and winding one-wire stretching and deformation

Three-step method: spinning, doffing, stretching and deformation
